UN NGO Annual Grounds Pass
Each NGO is given four annual grounds passes plus two for youth delegates 18- 25 years of age. These passes allow the holders to attend briefings and workshops at the UN. The WCA President and the Director of the International Caucus receive two of these passes. The other passes are given out as UN Alternate Representatives. One goes to the Chair of International Caucus' UN Program. This is a three year position. The remaining UN Alternate Representative pass rotates annually.

WCA Art & Activism Reporting Guidelines
Each year WCA is required to file a report to the United Nations to renew its NGO (non-governmental organization) status. To demonstrate that WCA continues to merit NGO designation, we need to document art & activism projects (national, regional, chapter and/or individual) that support UN goals. This information is also helpful for grant applications and stories for WCA newsletters, facebook pages and blogs.
